Manufacturing Plant Technician

About the Role

Seeking entry-level Plant Technicians to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth production, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated production equipment
• Control processes using computer terminals
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records
• Handle material moving equipment like forklifts and clamp trucks
• Contribute to quality and safety standards from day one

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working around high-speed machinery and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime

Pay

Starting pay is $26.20/hour.

Schedule

• Work schedule may include 8-12 hour shifts on rotating days
