Manufacturing Plant Technician

About the Role

As a Plant Technician, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth into electrical, quality assurance, safety, and hygiene areas. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the chance to influence production quality from day one.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean automated high-speed converting and packing machinery
• Maintain accurate records and data
• Handle material handling equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Control processes via computer systems
• Contribute to product quality and process efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime

Pay

$26.20/hour (starting pay).
