Job Description
Understands date maintenance as it pertains to MPS Loading and Attainment
Thoroughly understands BOM structure as it relates to BOM level, assemblies, phantoms, bulk materials, storage locations, production relevancy, etc.
Analyzes Clear to Build data and works material gaps in advance for risk mitigation
Coaches planners/buyers on reasons for delays for PO/PR execution
Performs planning function at intermediate level of BOM structure (i.e. Controllers vs Cabinets which is higher in BOM structure)
Works closely with planners below and above value chain and understand immediate impact
Participates in manufacturing functional team (Operations, Procurement, Sourcing, Quality, Facilities) across value stream level
Engages with Engineering on ECO disposition, minimizes trapped inventory, OBS issues
Engaged with initial NPI set-up of BOM structure. MRP – key partner in NPI process
Active participant in SIOP and supply reconciliation process
Intermediate exposure to demand management
Intermediate exposure to revenue planning activities
Understands core SAP production planning and inventory management modules
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School graduation, GED plus a minimum of two years of related experience
- Experience in Customer Service or a Business environment is desirable with focus in Field Service, Customer Service and/or Inventory Control is desirable
- Proficient in SAP and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems
- The ability to maintain a professional manner with internal and external customers while under high-pressure situations
- Candidates should possess the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Pay
$87,000.00 - $98,000.00 + benefits
