Basic Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited college in a Business, STEM or similarly related discipline (i.e. supply chain management, mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering, etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement or other relevant area.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms
Job Description
This position is contingent upon program award to Lockheed Martin. Any job offers extended to selected candidates will include a contingency clause stating that the offer is dependent on Lockheed Martin securing the program award.
THE WORK
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Manufacturing Planner. In this role, you will be a critical member of the production operations team, helping to build the world’s most advanced radar systems. Manufacturing planners are responsible for managing all material on the production floor, from a tiny screw to a 30 foot tall Vertical Launching System Module. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of material and supply chain management, lean manufacturing principles, and Microsoft office tools such as excel.

- A detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in supply chain management and the analytical skills necessary to coordinate complex material requirements.
- The ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms to ensure seamless production operations.
- A level 2 employee is typically an early professional and has around 1+ years of professional experience.
