Manufacturing Planner

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-organized team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have a high degree of ownership and a desire to elevate those around them, with the ability to plan projects of various sizes and complexities using good computer skills and ERP system experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and structure manufacturing sequences into an ERP system
- Develop comprehensive parts and equipment lists to be loaded into an ERP system
- Assist in evaluating and monitoring project budgets and cost initiatives
- Interface with customers as needed
- Work with other departments to plan and organize parts and equipment
- Monitor adherence to all company policies including safety and ISO Standards
Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of welding and fabrication
- Experience in an environment that fabricates custom equipment and industrial machinery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning
Qualifications
- Minimum of a 2-year technical degree
