Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders (engineering, project management, operations, purchasing, service/support) to gather, clarify, and document business requirements to support project execution.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track project status, budget vs. actual, and resource capacity.
- Leverage our ERP system(s) to ensure accurate capturing of project data (costs, scheduling, resource allocation), facilitate forecasting, and provide visibility across departments.
- Assist in process mapping and documentation between engineering and production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field or work experience.
- 2+ years experience as a Manufacturing Planner/Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within industrial/manufacturing, robotics, systems integration, or related environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP / CRM systems, understanding how they are used in a project / manufacturing / parts / service lifecycle.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling, scenario analysis.
- Experience with SQL or other query languages / data manipulation is a plus.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reports for operational and project-management visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working across teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities.
