Manufacturing Operator

@HYVE Solutions is dedicated to helping customers, business partners, and employees succeed through collaborative efforts. The Assembler position involves performing various assembly tasks on electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement products.
Responsibilities
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Operates automatic or semi-automatic machines to perform assembly operations (for those matching Machine Operator).
- Works in technology-related production roles that are not electronics-based hardware manufacturing jobs (for those matching Machine Operator).
- Assembles individual cells or portions of arrays and panels in solar/alternative energy companies (for those matching this role).
- Operates large-scale manufacturing machinery to assemble panels and arrays (for those matching Machine Operator).
- Assembles test kits or similar groupings of finished items into complete packages (for those matching Package Assembler).
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Training in assembly techniques may be provided.
Qualifications
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles. Physical ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Skills
Attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.

Pay
$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
