About the role
Operate manufacturing equipment and perform tasks such as inspecting, data collection, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging. Complete other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Verify product visually and take corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure product is consistent with established specifications; escalate quality issues as appropriate.
- Maintain highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality system, ISO, and/or other standards.
- Ensure all product is packaged per packaging specifications.
- Perform various operations on the product in accordance with work orders and information instructions.
- Finalize all required paperwork thoroughly and timely (e.g., Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions).
- Maintain accurate attribute/variable charts of rejected materials and conduct variable charts on manufacturing processes and count of good product as required.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks in support of the larger organization and production goals.
- Integrate on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness, and product/system quality.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities; participate actively in 6s, Kaizen events, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; wear required Personal Protective Equipment and perform duties in a safe manner.
- Communicate potential hazards immediately to supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft., and walk and stand during entire shift.
- Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, twist, bend, reach upward, and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.

Pay
$21.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
