About the role
The Manufacturing Operator 1 is contributing to the delivery of high-quality equipment by assembling, testing, and preparing mechanical components that meet engineering and customer standards. This role ensures precision in every build, supports operational efficiency, and maintains compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assembling components according to bill-of-material requirements
- Performing functional testing on mechanical assemblies
- Test-assembling equipment per customer and division criteria
- Operating test equipment in alignment with engineering standards
- Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly tools
- Preparing completed assemblies for shipment
Requirements
- Strong mechanical background
- Able to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience
