Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of plant operations to achieve performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Developing and executing annual operating plans aligned with business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
• Promoting a safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Process Safety Management
