Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor-3rd Shift

About the role

The schedule for 3rd shift is 10:30pm - 7am Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures
• Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports
• Supervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities
• Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals
• Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience
• 3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environment

• PLM / Configuration Management

Pay

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $77,100 - $143,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
