Job Description
Maintain consistent part quality and collaborate effectively with team members to support production flow.
Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform manual machine setup and breakdown.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, verniers).
Shift Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Sunday 11:30 PM – Thursday 7:40 AM
- 1st Shift: Monday 7:30 AM – Friday 3:40 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday 3:30 PM – Friday 11:40 PM
Compensation
- Entry-level base pay starts at $29.96/hour
- $1.64/hour shift differential for 3rd shift
- Overtime required based on business needs
