Manufacturing Machine Operator

About the role

This is an entry-level manufacturing role with no experience required. Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training in a team-oriented, climate-controlled environment. You will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the unique manufacturing process. The role offers two performance and wage reviews within the first year, with growth and advancement opportunities based on individual performance.

Shift & Pay

• Location: Waukesha, WI
• Shift: 2nd shift, 2:30pm – 11:00pm
• Starting pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hour + $1/hour shift differential
• Pay increase after the first 6 months, contingent on passing competency assessments

Education & Experience

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Able to meet physical requirements, including:
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
  • Positioning material with assistance of carts and overhead cranes
  • Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
  • Vision abilities include close vision in inspection of work
