Manufacturing Machine Operator

About the role

This is a 3rd shift Manufacturing Machine Operator position. Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training for you to succeed in our team-oriented environment. The starting pay is $21/hour plus a $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass competency assessments. We offer two separate performance/wage reviews within your first year of employment, with growth and advancement opportunities based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery in a climate-controlled environment
• Inspect work with close attention to detail
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Infrequently push/pull carts and position material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift

Requirements

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

Starting pay is $21.00 USD hourly plus a $1.00/hour shift differential. U.S. pay for this position is $21.00 USD hourly, with adjustments considered based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Schedule

3rd shift with flexibility to work overtime.
