Manufacturing Machine Operator

About the Role

Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast‑paced setting.

Machines in Operation

• Demolder Operator – Removes finished products from molds, prepares molds for the next production cycle, and ensures product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers. Operates equipment safely, performs quality checks, and maintains accurate production records.
• Peeler Operator – Operates and maintains peeling equipment to process customer orders to required lengths and thicknesses. Ensures efficiency, safety, and adherence to fast‑paced manufacturing standards.
• Line Operator – Transforms raw materials into high‑quality tile products by operating press machines, setting formulas, inspecting quality, maintaining equipment, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Input and retrieve data from ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine‑operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Safety‑conscious and able to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment

Rubber manufacturing facility that is loud, dusty, and not climate‑controlled. Personal protective equipment required: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, and ear protection.

Pay

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Schedule

Second shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Third shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
