About The Role

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
- Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality
- Gain exposure to various manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Must graduate December 2027 or later
- Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
- Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements

Pay
The hourly base range for this position is $23.00/hr - $44.85/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
