Manufacturing Facility Custodian

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Manufacturing Facility Custodian who thrives in an independent environment and enjoys a variety of tasks. You have an eye for cleanliness, focus on details, and excel at prioritizing tasks. If you take pride in keeping things in top working order and look for ways to improve efficiency, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and maintain office areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and all eating areas outside.
• Empty garbage and recycling.
• Refill empty soap, sanitizer, and towel dispensers in all areas as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work efficiently and quickly.
• Must be able to read well enough to determine which cleaning products to use and understand directions and warnings on product labels.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform continuous reaching and similar repetitive movements.
• Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team while prioritizing tasks.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
