Nature Of Duties

  • Perform scheduled machine inspections, lubrication, and part replacements based on manufacturer guidelines or CMMS schedules.
  • Diagnose root causes of equipment failures using diagnostic tools and repair is a plus or the ability to learn.
  • Working knowledge of in line wave and selective soldering equipment a plus or the ability to learn.
  • SMT ovens process for diagnostics and performing required maintenance a plus or the ability to learn.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and perform "changeovers" or setups for different product runs.
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate logs of repairs, part usage, and equipment history to track Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  • Troubleshoot and monitor Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automated robotic systems is a plus or the ability to learn.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronic, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics equipment.
  • Interpreting schematics and manuals to find the root cause.
  • Relaying status updates to shift leads.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
