The Manufacturing Excellence Consultant role specializes in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will collaborate with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. This includes providing guidance on lean manufacturing principles, supply chain integration, and digital technologies to drive business performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams, motivate and develop others, and manage performance to meet client expectations. You will also identify opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success, lead with integrity, and embrace technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and develop improvement strategies.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and operational efficiency.
  • Lead teams in executing product development and manufacturing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Utilize digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance.
  • Coach team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Manage project resources effectively to align with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to provide guidance and support in operational strategy.
  • Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices within manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct manufacturing cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • At least 5 years of experience (required).

  • Ability to embrace emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience conducting comprehensive Manufacturing Cost Analysis and Feasibility Studies.
  • Leadership in developing and executing Go-to-Market Strategies.

Pay

Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
