About the role
Responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes and engineering projects to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in designing, testing, and implementing new manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics technologies.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
