We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a Position Summary and description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: Company description: "Magellan Aerospace is a global, integrated aerospace company that provides complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers, and defence and space agencies worldwide. At Magellan we have over 80 years of collective knowledge and experience in the aerospace industry, and believe one truth: People create value. Employees are our greatest resource in working towards a successful future, and together we build professional relationships that thrive. We know that personal development is fundamental to the success of every individual and invest in our employees. When you are part of Magellan, you are part of the team!" This is about the company; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes position summary. We'll treat as "About the role" containing position summary and maybe company description. Position Summary: "Magellan Aerospace, Middletown, Inc. is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the successful individual will direct, coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning; organization; control; integration; and completion of engineering projects by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors." Essential Responsibilities: a long list bullet-like sentences. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each. Position Requirements: includes supervisory responsibilities, communication skills, etc. Also includes Bachelor's degree etc. Also includes ability to read, analyze, etc. Also physical demands, work environment, safety awareness. We'll split maybe into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications/Skills? The instruction says we can have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. We must not create empty sections. We have content for Requirements (education/experience). We have content for Qualifications (maybe abilities). We have Skills (maybe communication, calculation, problem solving). We'll try to map. But we must not invent headings with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract: Education/Experience: "Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience." That's a requirement. Supervisory responsibilities: "Manages Manufacturing Engineers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems" That could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. But we already have Responsibilities section for essential duties. We could include supervisory responsibilities under Responsibilities as well. Communication skills: "To perform this job successfully requires good communication skills. An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily." Abilities: list of abilities: read, analyze, interpret; write reports; present information; calculate figures; apply algebra/geometry; solve practical problems; interpret instructions. Physical demands: sitting, occasional stand/walk/talk/hear; vision abilities. Work environment: noise level quiet; office setting occasional plant; safety awareness. Benefits: "Why Magellan? Competitive salaryAttractive benefits packageGenerous 401KFully covered Employee Assistance Program". There's no punctuation but we can parse: Competitive salary, Attractive benefits package, Generous 401K, Fully covered Employee Assistance Program. Pay: Not explicitly stated besides "Competitive salary". That's vague but it's a statement. The instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary" under Why Magellan? So we could include a Benefits section (since benefits are listed). Pay maybe we could include as part of Benefits? But we have a separate Pay heading possible if we have actual pay info. We only have "Competitive salary" which is not a specific number. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive salary" is somewhat vague but it's still a statement; is that considered filler? It's not a specific number but it's a statement of competitiveness. The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive salary" is similar but maybe acceptable? Safer to not create a Pay section because it's not specific. We'll include Benefits section with the listed benefits. Schedule: No info about schedule (full-time, hours). Not present, so omit. Thus sections: About the role (company description + position summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education/experience + supervisory?), Qualifications (abilities), Skills (maybe communication, problem solving?), Benefits. But we need to avoid overlapping content. Let's decide: - About the role: company description + position summary (maybe also mention location Middletown, Inc.) - Responsibilities: essential responsibilities list (the long list). Also maybe supervisory responsibilities? But we can keep supervisory under Requirements as it's about managing engineers. - Requirements: education/experience + supervisory responsibilities (manages manufacturing engineers, supervisory duties). Also maybe mention ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily? That's more generic. - Qualifications: abilities list (read/analyze, write reports, present info, calculate, algebra/geometry, solve problems, interpret instructions). Also maybe good communication skills. - Skills: maybe we can treat communication skills as Skills. But we already used communication in Qualifications. Could combine. Better: Have Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (abilities and knowledge), Skills (communication, problem solving). But we need to ensure each has content. Let's extract: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years experience. Supervisory responsibilities: Manages Manufacturing Engineers... (list). This could be under Requirements as it's a job requirement. Abilities: list of abilities (read, analyze, interpret; write reports; present information; calculate figures; apply algebra/geometry; solve practical problems; interpret instructions). Also good communication skills. Physical demands and work environment: maybe we can include under Requirements or Qualifications? They are not exactly qualifications but job demands. Could be part of Requirements (since they are requirements to perform job). But we already have Requirements section; we can add them there. Benefits: competitive salary, attractive benefits package, generous 401K, fully covered Employee Assistance Program. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, AI note, export licensing, etc. Remove those. Now craft HTML. We'll output:
