Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- Technical Leadership experience in a Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience with military/commercial aircraft.
- Active DoD Clearance with an Investigation within the last 5 years.

Role
- Manage the day-to-day activity of a large production engineering team in support of multiple advanced manufacturing programs.
- Have responsibility for production engineering life cycle deliverables from product design through manufacturing implementation.
- Manage a team consisting of manufacturing engineers, test engineers, tooling engineers, manufacturing planners, project management reps, and CAMs.
- Support the setup of new and expanded facilities, associated capital assets, and factory of the future aspects including manufacturing automation and digital transformation within the ADP program framework.
- Support creation & implementation of Manufacturing Plan and associated processes/products across Production Engineering disciplines.
- Identify organizational/operational gaps and be able to reach across the company resource base to secure solutions.
- Shape processes in support of engineering to manufacturing digital thread.
- Develop strong leads that will own each discipline.
- Achieve adherence to financial targets.
- Represent the organization during customer events and audits.

Desired Skills
- Experience with model-based design tools/methods including Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Understanding of complex aerospace vehicle assembly structures, systems, and LO coatings.
- Program startup experience including Manufacturing/Assembly/Production processes.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with different levels of management and multiple disciplines.
- CAM / EVMS execution knowledge and experience.
- Ability to coordinate and influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience with high level (Director/VP) presentations and briefings.
