Manufacturing Engineering Leader

This evergreen role is intended for highly experienced engineers who excel at solving complex technical challenges, leading strategic initiatives, delivering business improvements, and driving engineering excellence across regulated manufacturing environments. Successful candidates may contribute to large-scale projects, operational improvements, technical strategy development, equipment optimization, automation initiatives, reliability programs, and cross-functional business transformation efforts.

Reports to Sr Manager Engineering and Automation. Located in Lititz, Pennsylvania (fully onsite).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.
• Lead or support complex engineering projects from concept through implementation and operational sustainment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines.
