Blue Origin · Greater Seattle Area · 3 wk ago
On-siteEngineering$92k–$129k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Intro: "At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations team at Blue Origin. This role will lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing systems, ensure stringent quality control throughout production, and optimize supply chain logistics specific to Production/Operations. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, skilled in resource management, and committed to high-quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance production timelines. Leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies, you will contribute to improving manufacturing techniques, ensuring Blue Origin’s continued innovation and excellence in aerospace engineering." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - Position Specific Details: Shifts: B | Mon-Thu (3PM -1:30AM) Location: Seattle, WA Relocation: Available Potential travel up to 10% of the time for training and other support activities. That's schedule and location. Could be Schedule section (shifts) and maybe location not a heading but could be included in About the role? But we have Schedule heading if we have schedule content. We have shift details. Also location maybe part of About the role? Not required but we can include location in About the role paragraph. - Key Responsibilities: list of bullet points (starting with "Support the industrialization..." etc). Those are responsibilities. - Team Focus & Domain Expertise: paragraph about Lunar Operations Core Components Manufacturing Engineering team. Could be part of About the role or maybe separate section? Could be "About the team" but not in allowed headings. We could incorporate into About the role. - Minimum Qualifications: list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Base Pay Range: "Base Pay Range For WA applicants is $91,852.00 - $128,592.45 Other Site Ranges May Differ". That's pay. - Benefits: list. - Culture Statement: maybe not needed? It's a statement encouraging applicants; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a culture statement encouraging to apply. Might be considered substantive? It's not required but we could include as part of About the role? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Culture Statement is not exactly EEO but it's a motivational note; could be kept? It's not a legal boilerplate. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role. - Export Control Regulations: that's a legal requirement; likely boilerplate to remove. - Background Check Required... also legal boilerplate; remove. - Benefits section we already have. - Equal Employment Opportunity etc: remove. - Affirmative Action and Disability Accommodation: remove. Thus we will produce sections:

About the role

with paragraphs covering intro, team focus, maybe location and shift? But shift maybe separate Schedule. Better: About the role includes description of role, mission, team focus, location maybe. Schedule section:

Schedule

with shift details. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. Requirements: maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we have headings Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use Requirements for minimum qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications, Skills maybe not needed if not explicit. However we have skills listed in preferred qualifications (like GD&T, BOM, etc). Could treat them as Skills section. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Minimum and Preferred into Qualifications? But we have both headings allowed. Let's decide: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (bullet list) - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (bullet list) - Skills: maybe not separate; we could omit if not enough distinct content. But we have many skill items in preferred qualifications; could be part of Qualifications. Better to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Now we need to preserve all substantive information: we must not lose any detail from the posting except boilerplate removed. Let's extract details: About the role content: - At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance production timelines. Leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies, you will contribute to improving manufacturing techniques, ensuring Blue Origin’s continued innovation and excellence in aerospace engineering. - Team Focus & Domain Expertise paragraph: "The Lunar Operations Core Components Manufacturing Engineering team drives the successful development and production of critical lunar hardware. We translate complex design requirements into manufacturable processes by innovating tooling, equipment, and systems that transform raw materials into high-quality, mission-ready components built to withstand the lunar environment. Our work directly supports Blue Origin’s bold vision to establish sustainable lunar infrastructure, enabling millions to live and work permanently in space. We are looking for passionate manufacturing engineers eager to solve complex problems, push manufacturing boundaries, and contribute to humanity’s next giant leap on the Moon. Join us to play a vital role in shaping the future of space exploration. This role focuses on internally fabricated heat exchangers, compressors and cryo coolers." We could combine that into About the role. Location: Seattle, WA (maybe include in About the role or Schedule). We'll include location in About the role paragraph.
