Support manufacturing and distribution processes, quality improvement initiatives, tooling, and tool design activities.
Utilize computer-aided design and engineering tools, including AutoCAD and Creo.
Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and support incentive pay systems and ergonomics initiatives.
Participate in capital budgeting, equipment justification, and facility improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Execute and support continuous improvement projects.
Adapt to line and process design changes, material flow and presentation improvements, visual management, and cycle balancing activities.
Operate a Gator onsite after successful completion of required training, as needed.

Proficiency with CAD and engineering software.
Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and quality systems.
Knowledge of tooling, tool design, and preventive maintenance.
Experience applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Ergonomics principles.
Awareness of capital budgeting processes.
Engineering background in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Power Systems, or related disciplines.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, Material Flow, Operations, Supply Management, or Quality.
1+ years of experience in line/process design, visual management, or material presentation.
Experience with Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
Familiarity with SAP, Creo View, AutoCAD, and MAAP.
Proven project management and continuous improvement experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
