Champlin, Minnesota IDj-3862 Job TypeDirect Hire Compensation$95000 - $105000 / yr Salary - $95K - $110K Job Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II who supports the development, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role works closely with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and solve technical problems. Key Responsibilities Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes.Support production by troubleshooting equipment and process issues.Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased throughput.Implement lean manufacturing practices and support continuous improvement projects.Work with design and engineering teams to ensure products are manufacturable and cost-effective.Specify, test, and support installation of new equipment and tools.Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.Train production staff on new processes, tools, or equipment.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Perform other duties as assigned.
