Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, layouts, and production lines to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Diagnose and resolve issues with production equipment, tools, and processes, including designing new tooling
Support daily production operations, including assisting technicians and operators on the factory floor
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems (such as ISO 9001) to ensure products meet specifications and safety standards
Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and technical reports

Capable of creating manufacturing plans and process travelers to manufacture 3,4,5 axis milled parts, turned parts and sheet metal parts
Proficient with CAD Software, CATIA and or SolidWorks
Highly efficient with solid modeling and drawing creation
Proven experience in demand planning and production planning within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is preferred
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
Advanced level GD&T theory and practice
Advanced understanding of MRP processes and applications
MS Office suite proficiency
Must be well versed in reviewing specs (MIL, SAE, ASTM, and or customer specific)
Understanding of CNC cutter path software (3,4,5 AXIS)
CNC machining set-up process (3,4,5 AXIS)
Turning methods and tolerances
Sheet metal manufacturing theory and practice
Beneficial skills: Radan (2D) nesting software, or equivalent
