Client Details

This Midwest-based contract manufacturer specializes in precision CNC turning, milling, and broaching to produce custom metal components. Their manufacturing capabilities span from initial prototyping to high-volume production for various industries. Key products include suspension and powertrain components, fuel and fluid manifold blocks, engine heads, and exhaust hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency (Gibbscam/Mastercam)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and technologies

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and optimizing CNC machining processes (Gibbscam/Mastercam)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
  • Experience analyzing production data and implementing corrective actions
  • Ability to provide technical support and training to production staff
  • Experience evaluating and implementing new tools, equipment, and technologies

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
