Manufacturing Engineer

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tooling, process, product documentation/process instructions required for the System Integration in the fast pace environment.
• Configure BOM's/routings in accordance with the product structure.
• Develop and execute validation protocols utilizing IQ/OQ/PQ methodology.
• Submit related ECO/PCOs into Agile system and manage labor estimates in Oracle.
• Provide DFA/DFM feedback to customers and post build reports.
• Train personnel responsible for product integration.
• Cook up time study, line set up, line balancing/line capacity and other process improvement related projects.
• Setup/manage MES and write reports.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with minimum 0-2 years experience supporting PCBAs and system integration or equivalent.
• Knowledge ISO13485 is required.
• IQ/OQ/PQ protocols developments and execution is a must.
• The position requires working knowledge of Agile, Oracle and expert level of MES.
• The position requires working knowledge of AutoCad.
• Knowledge of PCBAs processes is a must.
• Familiar with Lean initiative.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and/or training desired.

Pay

Salary Range(annual): $70,000 - $85,000.

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
