About the role
A dynamic Manufacturing Engineer position is available at our cutting-edge facility. This role involves designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes
- Conduct tests to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Optimize existing processes based on data analysis
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies and tools
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
