Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

Aid in upfront cost estimating, manufacturing plans, and conceptual tool designs.
Contact shop personnel to assist with tool usage and manufacturing procedures.
Interact with customers and vendors to define and implement solutions improving manufacturing efficiency.
Create reports, presentations, RCCAs, and rework instructions.
Show strong technical skills in CAD, Tool Design, and MBD.
Manage hazardous waste properly.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Team leader
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook programs, especially Excel
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Effective communication across all organizational levels

Required Experience And Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing

Work Environment And Safety Equipment Required

• Office and light manufacturing environments
• Wear PPE such as safety glasses, enclosed steel or composite toe shoes, hearing protection, and hard hats as required
• Comply with ISO procedures (ISO 9001, 14001)

Base Compensation

USD 72,800.00 - 92,000.00
