Manufacturing Engineer-2nd Shift
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes that align with safety, quality, and production goals.
- Drive operational excellence by applying advanced manufacturing principles to enhance equipment efficiency and process capability.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and improve manufacturing performance.
- Establish and standardize best practices by developing and refining manufacturing standards, procedures, and work methods.
- Influence key stakeholders by providing clear communication, technical expertise, and strategic guidance on manufacturing initiatives.
- Cook up internal and external resources to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of manufacturing projects.
- Build strong relationships and coach stakeholders to adopt improved processes and sustain operational gains.
- Serve as a manufacturing expert by solving complex challenges and driving innovation within manufacturing systems and processes.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
