About the role

The Manufacturing Department Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations within the manufacturing department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage and train team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
