Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report data from manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and business systems to support operational decision-making
- Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking for site leadership and functional teams
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities through routine and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions, root cause investigations, and process improvements
- Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and issue resolution across systems
- Absorb and assist in defining reporting requirements, KPI standards, and documentation to enable sustainable, repeatable reporting processes
- Participate in projects related to operational excellence, digital transformation, and reporting enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
- Experience with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP reporting tools, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or plant environment
- Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, or operational reporting tools
- Familiarity with KPI reporting, plant performance metrics, SQL, data querying, or basic data modeling
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an industrial or operations setting
