Manufacturing Cell Lead (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
• Cookstaffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices and ergonomics
• Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues swiftly with appropriate escalation
• Manage shift handovers, ensure training compliance, and champion continuous improvement efforts

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop operators in real time
• Clear communication skills that connect frontline teams with broader organizational goals
• Proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues before they impact production
• Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing setting

Pay

The expected pay range is USD 0 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
