What You Will Do Receive instructions, verbal and written.Operate various types of plant equipment including pumps, fork trucks, filters, scales, hoses, hose connections, pipe manifolds, level gauges, etc.Charge raw materials into process vessels.Package and transfers finished products as directed.Obtain samples and records data as required.Load and unloads tank cars and tank trucks.Assist other personnel in production and shipping operations.Handle plant and vessel clean-ups and general housekeeping duties.Learn how to safely and effectively handle chemical processes and processing equipment.Report and contains any chemical spills or emissions.Support and is committed to ChampionX’s Quality Improvement Process by following procedures, measuring charges and transfer quantities, making process improvement suggestions, monitoring equipment performance, and filling out unit SPC charts.Support the processes to meet the requirements of the current ISO and RC Standards.May be required to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
