Manufacturing Associates

ProWorks Services is hiring Manufacturing Associates in Brea, CA for 2nd shift positions. Training will be conducted on 1st shift.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm (plus overtime, possible 12:00pm start)
• Training on 1st shift: 5:00am to 1:30pm
• Ability to work up to 50 hours a week, including weekends
• Must be able to stand for the full duration of the shift

Responsibilities

• Assembler (Builder): Assemble, align, and adjust parts, such as rubber components by following precise manufacturing procedures
• Production Finisher: Remove excess material, sharp edges, or imperfections from pre-assembled rubber components
• Machine Operators (Press and Mill): Operate production equipment to manufacture aerospace components according to specifications. Responsibilities include:
  • Loading materials
  • Monitoring machine performance
  • Performing quality checks
  • Ensuring products meet safety and quality standards
• Regularly lift up to 30 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• ITAR Facility - MUST be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident - proof of citizenship/immigration status required)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• High School Diploma preferred
• Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
