Manufacturing Associate - Porter Corp

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and quantity of sub-assemblies
• Drive continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
• Support, participate in, and encourage team building
• Provide feedback (both positive and negative) to the team, other related departments, and the supervisor
• Promote a positive work environment
• Follow all of Porter Corp’s procedures and policies
• Work safely and efficiently
• Stay customer focused
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic material handling methods to ensure quality product delivery
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimal to no travel required
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
• Able to read blueprints
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Open-minded to new ideas and concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
