Manufacturing Associate Level 1: Material Handler - Night Shift (6pm - 2am)

Job Description

Operate grinding and/or tumbling equipment safely and efficiently
Handle and move production materials throughout the shift
Operate forklifts to move materials
Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports
Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Support Warehouse team as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory — training can be provided
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment
• PPE is required at all times
