About the role

As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will help produce life-saving therapeutic proteins in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a supportive team while building valuable skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Schedule

This role follows a 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a rotating schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off (repeating cycle).

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following GMP procedures
  • Set up and support cleaning processes, including CIP and SIP
  • Perform basic lab tasks such as monitoring pH, conductivity, and testing samples
  • Handle and move materials across production areas safely
  • Complete production and documentation records accurately
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
  • Support team activities, meetings, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Basic problem-solving and clear communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Comfort working in a hands-on production setting
  • Curiosity with a willingness to learn and understand processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred
