Manufacturing Associate I - Indianola- 3rd Shift - 10:20pm - 6:20am

About the role

This position is for the 3rd shift: 10:20 PM – 6:20 AM, Monday through Friday. Our Indianola location operates on a 3-shift, eight-hour schedule: 1st Shift (6 AM – 2:20 PM), 2nd Shift (2 PM – 10:20 PM), and 3rd Shift (10 PM – 6:20 AM).

Responsibilities

• Assemble radiology medical products used to diagnose healthcare challenges when contrast is used for CT scans.
• Package products thoughtfully to maintain our high-quality standards.
• Inspect and validate excellent manufacturing practices.
• Cross-train to enhance your skillset and support the shift team.
• Collaborate with others to enhance capabilities, solve challenges, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Capture data regarding product quality and traceability.
• Lead with safety, quality, and customer delivery as guiding principles.

Requirements

• Active interest in operating in a team environment, learning daily, and partnering with others through open communication.
• Comfort with entry-level math skills (adding/subtracting), reading, and processing information.
• Interest in working in a lively environment with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Proven sound judgment, continuous improvement mindset, and customer focus.
• An appetite for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Preferred: Computer savvy.

Pay

$16.00 per hour with up to a 5% yearly bonus. This position also includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential pay.
