Manufacturing Associate I

What You Know

• Read and understand work orders
• Understand verbal and written instruction
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Experience using basic power and hand tools
• Experience with air tools, calipers, and micrometers preferred

What You’ll Do

• Manufacture products/kits, following work orders and meeting or exceeding efficiencies
• Inspect parts for any defects ensuring quality control standards are met
• Package parts correctly, ensuring proper component quantities, materials, and labeling
• Work closely with your team, ensuring proper movement throughout the line
• Restock and clean up of work area(s) as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Several hours standing and moving
• Occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Frequent lifting 30 pounds or less
• Limited exposure to environmental conditions typical of a production environment
