About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate – Assembler to join our Base Tube Assembly (BTA) team at Bluefors in Syracuse, NY. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on manufacturing skills while working in a collaborative, high-quality production environment that supports innovation across industries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assemble BTA components in accordance with documented procedures and specifications
  • Operate and maintain tooling and production equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure all work meets established quality standards and requirements
  • Complete and maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Demonstrate understanding of operational procedures and meet quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Adhere to documented procedures and ISO quality system requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work with tools and production equipment safely and effectively
  • Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Dependability and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing setting
  • Commitment to safety and following established procedures
  • Able to align with company Leadership Principles and workplace competencies
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Familiarity with quality standards or ISO-regulated environments

Pay
