About the Schedule
3-2-2 Rotation - 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
Work 3 days, off 2, work 2 — then flip the pattern the next week.
Enjoy every other weekend off and a predictable rhythm that supports work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in training new employees on equipment and procedures
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Solid work history required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina and dexterity

Pay
$27- $29/hour, plus 1.5x pay on weekends
