About the role
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and make timely restocking decisions to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems (optional).
