About the role

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and make timely restocking decisions to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP systems (optional).
