Responsibilities

• Manage routine MS&T laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and material inventory for an inspection-ready workspace.
• Perform mammalian and stem cell culture activities, including media prep, passaging, feeding, and sampling.
• Execute study protocols, batch records, and SOPs in compliance with data integrity and quality standards.
• Collect, compile, and summarize experimental data to support process understanding, tech transfer, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Development teams to meet operational deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Biology, Bioengineering, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field.
• Direct hands-on experience with mammalian and/or human stem cell culture and differentiation systems.
• Practical knowledge of analytical techniques, including flow cytometry (FCM), IFA, and qRT-PCR.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, basic cGMPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or GMP-support laboratory environment.
• Prior experience supporting technology transfer, process characterization, or commercial readiness activities preferred.
