Manufacturing Associate

We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Associate at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant facility.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
• Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
• Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
• Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
• Shipping & Receiving experience a plus.
• A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Fine-tuned communication skills.
• Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
• Technical learning and learning on the fly.
• Time management, action oriented, and patience.
• Strong leader and peer relationships.
• Self-knowledge and listening skills.
