Responsibilities
- Learn time-tested methods for manufacturing excellence
- See principles of Lean Manufacturing and the Toyota Production System in action
- Gain valuable skills and an understanding of the most technologically advanced part of an automobile - the automatic transmission
- Disassemble, inspect component parts, or assemble transmissions
- Use specialty tools and gages
- Use our state-of-the-art computer system for work instructions to ensure the highest possible quality
- Grow with our company by increasing knowledge of our products and operations
Requirements
Prior manufacturing or automatic transmission experience is considered a plus but is not required.
