Manufacturing Associate- Assembly & Molding

Description Full-Time 1st Shift Ventura Manufacturing is looking for hands-on, dependable team members to join our production team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, learning different manufacturing processes, and staying active throughout the day. Our team members are cross-trained and may work in different production areas based on business needs. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple processes while helping us build high-quality products our customers can depend on. What You'll Do Perform hands-on production, molding, and assembly workLearn multiple manufacturing processes and work areasComplete visual quality inspections throughout the production processClean and inspect lenses and other componentsFollow work instructions and quality standardsIdentify defects or quality concerns before products move forwardMove between work areas as production needs changeKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeStep in to help teammates and keep production moving Experience We'd Love To See You don't need experience in everything below.
