Manufacturing Associate - 7am to 7pm

Responsibilities

• Execute routine manufacturing work instructions, maintaining 90% of time in cleanroom suites.
• Complete accurate batch records, inventory logs, and batch record reconciliations following GDP guidelines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure strict adherence to technical and quality specifications.
• Perform aseptic and sterile gowning while adhering to all cGMP safety protocols.
• Support Quality Management Systems by assisting with Nonconformance/CAPA closures and preventative maintenance.
• Safely handle equipment and biomanufacturing materials, including cold storage cryogenics as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, production, or a lab setting.
• Technical knowledge of biopharmaceutical equipment, cGMP standards, and GDP compliance.
• Ability to wear required PPE and perform aseptic/sterile gowning in cleanroom environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in basic software and documentation tools.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and meet specific visual inspection requirements.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Flex 12 schedule).

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working within a regulated cGMP manufacturing environment.
